The shark-fin life jacket for dogs who cannonball first and think never. High-buoyancy panels keep your dog level and afloat, a reinforced top handle turns "dog overboard" into a one-hand lift, and reflective trim keeps them visible from dock to shore. Adjustable neck and belly straps with quick-release buckles lock in a fit that stays put in the water and comes off in seconds on land.

  • High-buoyancy flotation panels — chest and side lift for tired swimmers, seniors, and heavy-chested breeds
  • Reinforced grab-and-lift rescue handle
  • Reflective trim for low light and open water
  • Adjustable quick-release fit — 6 sizes (XS–2XL), 4 colors
  • And yes: the dorsal fin. Mostly for the photos. Not sorry.

The Finn is a swim aid, not a lifeguard — always supervise your dog around water.

SEND IT

This is the face of a dog about to have the best day of its life.

No hesitation. No white-knuckle grip on the leash. Just a running start off the dock and a confident splash — because they've got real flotation under them, a handle you can reach in a second, and straps that won't budge. You get the swim day. They get the send.

ChestMeasure the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs. This is the most important number.

WHY THE FINN

Confident in the water. Easy on your nerves.

🛟

Real flotation, not foam padding

High-buoyancy panels keep your dog level and afloat — so tired swimmers, seniors, and pups who paddle like it's their first day can actually enjoy the water.

🖐️

The handle that does the work

A reinforced top grab handle lets you lift your dog onto a paddleboard, into the boat, or back to the dock in one clean motion. When it counts, you've got a grip.

🦺

Snug, seen, and secure

Adjustable neck and belly straps with quick-release buckles dial in a fit that stays put in the water. Reflective accents keep them visible in low light.

…and yes, the dorsal fin is mostly for the photos. We're not sorry about that.

FLOTATION 01

Built to keep them up — not just look good.

High-buoyancy panels wrap the chest and sides to hold your dog level in the water. Tired legs, a strong current, a long swim back to the dock — the Finn does the floating so your dog can just enjoy it.

CONTROL 02

One handle. Total control.

The reinforced top handle is the part you'll be glad is there. Lift them onto the paddleboard, up to the dock, or out of a current in one motion — no scrambling, no panic. Quick-release buckles and adjustable straps mean it stays put in the water and comes off in a second on land.

WHY A LIFE JACKET

Even the strongest swimmer gets tired.

🌊

Open water plays dirty

Currents, boat wake, and cold water tire a dog out fast — and panic sets in faster. Flotation buys them, and you, time.

🛥️

Boat & dock days

Falls happen. A jacket keeps your dog up and visible, and the handle gets them back aboard before it becomes a story.

🐶

Not every dog is built to swim

Seniors, heavy chests, and flat-faced breeds like bulldogs tire quickly and ride low in the water. (Ask Oak.) The Finn keeps them level.

THE HONEST COMPARISON

Not everything called a "life jacket" is one.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

FAQ

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your dog's chest girth just behind the front legs — that's the number that matters most — then check it against the chart above. If they land between two sizes, size up for a snug, comfortable fit that won't ride up in the water.

Will it help a dog that isn't a strong swimmer?

Yes — the buoyancy panels keep your dog afloat and level, which is exactly what nervous paddlers, seniors, and heavy-chested breeds need. It's a swim aid, not a substitute for supervision: always keep an eye on your dog around water, and introduce the jacket calmly on land first.

Is the handle strong enough to lift my dog?

The top handle is reinforced for controlled lifts — pulling your dog up onto a dock, paddleboard, or boat. It's for assisted lifts out of the water, not for carrying your dog around by the handle for long stretches.

When will it arrive?

US orders arrive in 3–5 days with tracking the moment it ships.

How should I care for it?

Rinse with fresh water after every swim — especially after salt water or chlorine — and let it air dry. Spot clean as needed. Store it dry so the buoyancy panels keep their shape.

What if it arrives defective?

We make it right. Email a quick photo to hello@roveroak.com and we'll ship a replacement free of charge — no return postage, no hoops.
