Rinse both pieces with warm water before the first fill. Both pieces are top-rack dishwasher safe. Clean the bottle's interior with a bottle brush — never reach fingers into the opening. Hand-wash the silicone bowl to keep it looking new.
Common questions
How long does shipping take?
Most US orders arrive in 3–6 business days once they ship. Australian, UK and Canadian orders typically arrive in 5–8 days, fully tracked. Remote addresses may take a little longer.
I didn't get a shipping email yet — when will I?
Shipping emails go out within 24 hours of your order being placed. Check spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
My package hasn't moved in days. Is it lost?
Carrier scans update every 24–48 hours, and transit segments can sometimes go silent for 3–5 days. That's normal. If you don't see movement for 7+ days, email us.
What if my package never arrives?
If your order hasn't arrived 20 days (US) or 30 days (Australia, UK, Canada) after the ship date, we'll send a free replacement — just email us with your order number.
Can I change my shipping address?
Only before the order leaves our fulfillment center (usually within 12 hours of placing it). Email us right away if you need to make a change.
