Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive in 3–6 business days within the US once they ship. International or remote addresses may take longer.

I didn't get a shipping email yet — when will I?

Shipping emails go out within 24 hours of your order being placed. Check spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.

My package hasn't moved in days. Is it lost?

Carrier scans update every 24–48 hours, and transit segments can sometimes go silent for 3–5 days. That's normal. If you don't see movement for 7+ days, email us.

What if my package never arrives?

If your order hasn't arrived 20 days after the ship date, we'll send a replacement or refund — no questions asked.

Can I change my shipping address?

Only before the order leaves our fulfillment center (usually within 12 hours of placing it). Email us right away if you need to make a change.
