Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how (and when) your order gets to you.

Processing time

Orders are hand-packed and shipped within 12โ€“24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping options & timeframes

  • Standard shipping (continental US): 3โ€“5 calendar days. Free on orders $40 and up, $4.95 below that.
  • Hawaii, Alaska & US territories: 5โ€“10 business days.
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses: 7โ€“14 business days. We absolutely ship to service members and their families.
  • PO boxes: Yes, we ship to PO boxes via USPS.

Tracking your order

Youโ€™ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your package leaves our fulfillment center. You can also check the current stage of your order anytime on our order tracker.

The 7 stages of every order

  1. Order received โ€” Day 0. Weโ€™re preparing your order for shipment.
  2. Leaving the fulfillment center โ€” Day 1โ€“2. Hand-packed and on the move.
  3. In transit โ€” Day 3โ€“5. Crossing the distance.
  4. In your region โ€” your package has arrived in your area.
  5. Final processing โ€” sorted and routed to your local carrier.
  6. Out for delivery โ€” todayโ€™s the day.
  7. Delivered โ€” your Trailhound is home.

Stuck in transit?

Carrier scans update every 24โ€“48 hours, and transit segments can sometimes go silent for 3โ€“5 days. Thatโ€™s normal. If you donโ€™t see any movement for 7+ days, email support@roveroak.com and weโ€™ll dig in.

Lost or never-arrived packages

If carrier tracking shows your order never reached you, email us once it has been 20 days since the ship date. Weโ€™ll send a free replacement at no cost. If the product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable, weโ€™ll issue a full refund. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item on arrival

If your package arrived damaged, the item is defective, or you received the wrong item, email support@roveroak.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. Weโ€™ll send a free replacement at no cost. If the product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable, weโ€™ll issue a full refund.

What we do not cover

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing afterward (porch theft, etc.)
  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or natural events outside our control
  • Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refused deliveries

Wrong address or need to change shipping?

Email us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@roveroak.com. Once the order leaves our fulfillment center, we canโ€™t change the address.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap โ€” join the pack at the bottom of our homepage to be the first to know when it launches.
